Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Development Manager, to support the company's strategic initiatives including M&A, partnerships, investments, and corporate strategy execution. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, and working closely with the CEO and corporate leadership team, this role is responsible for conducting strategic and financial analysis, supporting transaction execution, and managing cross-functional projects that drive business growth.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in corporate finance, and experience in M&A or strategic project work. The successful candidate will play a critical supporting role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing growth opportunities in alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition or investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic fit assessments
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and investment memos for senior management and board-level discussions
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence coordination, data room management, and integration planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, HR, operations, commercial) to support deal execution and post-transaction integration
- Track and report the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and trackers for ongoing pipeline opportunities and market intelligence
- Support Director in preparing for strategic planning cycles and key corporate reviews
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, private equity, or similar fields
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables, etc.)
- Solid understanding of M&A processes and strategic planning frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Effective communicator with excellent written and presentation skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, medical devices industry is a plus
- Exposure to international M&A or cross-border deal execution preferred
- Familiarity with post-merger integration workstreams is a strong advantage
