We are seeking an outgoing and dedicated Sales Professional with experience in handling corporate accounts in general insurance sales. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads through various sources such as cold calls, networking, and referrals. Your main tasks will include:
Driving sales through direct acquisitions of corporate clients
Achieving the allocated sales and broking budget
Conducting local campaigns to develop channels and business
Developing new channels to grow the business
Managing a team of sales professionals
Acquiring new business by sourcing potential clients
Building long-term relationships and advising clients on suitable insurance policies
Customizing insurance programs and staying updated on industry trends
To be successful, candidates should have:
At least 3 years of experience in Insurance Broking
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
A broking license certificate issued by the National Insurance Academy
