Company Overview:

Volt Auto is driving the future of mobility as the exclusive distributor of Dongfeng EVs in Singapore. With our rapid expansion into Malaysia, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to serve as the key liaison between our Singapore HQ and the Malaysia marketing team.

Job Overview:

The Regional Marketing Executive will be based in our Singapore HQ and act as the main communication bridge to the Malaysia marketing team. This person will ensure alignment between regional strategy and local execution, oversee the Malaysia marketing budget, and support our dealer network in Malaysia with marketing guidance and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Singapore HQ and the Malaysia marketing team.
  • Review and seek approval for all marketing activations proposed by the Malaysia team before execution.
  • Provide guidance and advice on creative and marketing directions to ensure alignment with Volt Auto's brand strategy.

Budget & Dealer Fund Management

  • Oversee and track the Malaysia marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Manage and monitor dealers' marketing support funds, ensuring spending compliance and ROI.

Regional Strategy & Creative Alignment

  • Share regional marketing direction, assets, and creative guidelines with the Malaysia team.
  • Ensure local campaigns follow brand consistency and regional positioning.
  • Collaborate with HQ's creative team to adapt materials for the Malaysia market.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Consolidate and report on Malaysia's marketing activities and dealer marketing efforts to the Marketing Manager.
  • Track KPIs and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in regional or cross-market roles.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with budget management and marketing fund allocations.
  • Ability to balance regional brand consistency with local market adaptation.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with automotive or retail industry marketing will be an advantage.
  • A valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
