SEM Specialist (Advertising)
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across search platforms. You will be responsible for executing ad strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Baidu.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimize ad creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on SEM trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEM campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of PPC, keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM/SEO platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute proactively to team objectives.
