Job Opening: Client Engagement Associate (Full-Time)

Company: Swimray SG Pte Ltd

Location: Aljunied Singapore

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Swimray is a fast-growing swim school in Singapore dedicated to helping children and

adults learn to swim confidently in a safe and encouraging environment. We believe in

making swimming accessible and enjoyable through professional instruction and

excellent customer service.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable swim programs
  • Guide and convince potential clients to book trial classes with us
  • Maintain accurate lead records and updates using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Track follow-ups, bookings, and enquiry status systematically
  • Coordinate trial bookings with the operations team
  • Respond promptly and politely to all enquiries and follow-ups
  • Assist with basic reporting on lead conversion and client feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive when speaking with clients
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and data entry
  • Detail-oriented and organised in handling multiple leads
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

    • Monthly salary: $2,200 –$3,000 (based on experience)
