Get to Know theRole

The personalization team'smission is to help consumers discover everything on Grab that isrelevant, even when they don't know what they are looking for. Weseek a dynamic and experienced product manager with productmanagement and ML/AI experience.

You will beresponsible for Grab's consumer-facing ranking, and recommendationsacross key businesses. You will be reporting to the Head ofProduct, Search and Personalisation.

This roleis based onsite at Grab's office inSingapore

Day-to-dayactivities
  • Develop andexecute a comprehensive personalization strategy across our productportfolio
  • Lead cross-functional teams toimplement data-driven personalization solutions
  • Analyze user behavior and preferences to identifyopportunities for personalized experiences
  • Design and oversee A/B tests to optimize personalizationalgorithms and user interfaces
  • Collaboratewith data science and engineering teams to leverage AI and machinelearning in personalization efforts
  • Define andtrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact ofpersonalization initiatives
  • Stay abreast ofindustry trends and emerging technologies inpersonalization
  • Present personalizationstrategies and results to executiveleadership
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of product management experience, with afocus on personalization and customer-centric solutions
  • Experience in developing and implementing successfulML/AI driven product priorities
  • Experienceusing data and insights to inform product development
  • Experience lead cross-functional teams and influencestakeholders across levels
  • Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBAor advanced degree
  • Experience communicatingcomplex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, orrelated field; MBA or advanced degreepreferred
