TheRole will oversee and optimize our global logisticsand distribution network. Based in Singapore, this role will beresponsible for managing international shipments, third-partylogistics providers (3PLs), customs compliance, and end-to-endsupply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in global logistics, supply chain management, andinternational traderegulations.

What You'llDo

GlobalLogistics Expertise: Develop and execute logisticsstrategies to support international supply chainoperations.

Freight &Shipping Management: Oversee international freight,ocean, air, and ground transportation to ensure timely andcost-effective delivery.

3PL& Vendor Management: Collaborate withthird-party logistics providers to optimize warehousing,distribution, and last-mile delivery.

Customs & Compliance: Ensure allinternational shipments comply with local customs regulations,import/export laws, and trade agreements.

Supply Chain Coordination: Workclosely with suppliers, manufacturers, and regional teams tooptimize inventory flow and minimizedisruptions.

CostOptimization: Identify opportunities for costsavings in transportation, warehousing, and distribution whilemaintaining service excellence.

Process Improvement: Implement bestpractices in logistics, leveraging technology and data analyticsfor efficiency gains.

RiskManagement: Develop contingency plans to mitigatesupply chain risks and disruptions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with internal teams, including Procurement, Sales, andOperations, to align logistics strategies with businessgoals.

What You'llBring

Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.

7+ years ofexperience in international logistics, supply chain, or freightmanagement, preferably in the FMCG, health & wellness, orconsumer goods industry.

Strong knowledge ofglobal trade regulations, import/export compliance, andinternational shipping processes.

Provenexperience in managing 3PL relationships and optimizing logisticsoperations.

Proficiency in supply chainmanagement systems, ERP software, and dataanalytics.

Excellent problem-solving,negotiation, and communication skills.

Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive andadaptable mindset.
