Roles & Responsibilities

We are one of Singapore's reputable boutiques specializing in the buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. As a growing company, we are expanding and seeking a motivated Customer & Operations Executive to join our team. If you are keen to build a career in the luxury retail industry, this is the role for you.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
  • Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
  • Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
  • Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
  • Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
