Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Executive – Skincare/Cosmetics
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Meet the company's sales goals.
- Seek and onboard new retail partners.
- Present and promote new products (Cosmetics/Skincare/Beauty/FMCG) to current retailers.
- Oversee and implement promotional activities on e-commerce platforms, and in physical stores.
- Organize events in stores to increase brand awareness.
- Lead and train beauty advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers through regular visits.
- Conduct livestream sessions to advertise and sell products.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Education Executive in the cosmetics field.
- Enthusiasm for sales and in-store beauty training.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, some evenings, and certain holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including group presentations and facilitation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
