
Product Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **New Product Planning**:
- Analyze industry trends, market data, and customer insights to generate actionable ideas and information for NPD.
- Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for products.
- **New Product Development (NPD)**:
- Manage the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including new products and reformulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, contract manufacturers, R&D, and Quality) to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Source and liaise with contract manufacturers and formulators; act as the primary contact for NPD and formulation discussions.
- Review formulas and ingredient/design statements to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Understand product challenge tests, stability, and compatibility studies.
- Research market pricing, create product cost data, and propose competitive pricing.
- **New Product Introduction**:
- Conduct product training for regional trainers, marketing teams, and sales leaders.
- **Post-Launch Product Management**:
- Analyze product performance and recommend necessary actions.
- Manage feedback and provide customer-centric, technically sound responses.
- Address corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.
- Contribute to and implement standard procedures aligned with industry standards and QMS requirements for product development and management activities.
- Perform additional duties and projects as needed to achieve company objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry.
- At least 2 years of experience in product development/management in the cosmetic or skincare industry.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or medical devices is a bonus.
- Passion for marketing beauty, skincare, personal care, and/or beauty device products.
