- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 7 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $4500 + Staff Discounts + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Scout and recruit new retailers using industry contacts.
- Pitch and introduce new products to existing retailers.
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and physical stores.
- Organize and participate in store events to enhance brand visibility.
- Train and lead beauty advisors to meet sales targets.
- Engage in livestreaming sessions to promote and sell products.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in skincare or cosmetics.
- Availability to co-host livestreams during late-night hours twice a month.
