JOB DESCRIPTION

A homegrown company in the metals industry is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director's day to day operational activities at the office.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support such as managing calendar, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, phone call and email screening, record-keeping, and assist with meeting by preparing and distributing meeting materials, writing meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure progress.

The incumbent need to act as the primary point of contact for matters involving the Director, with responsibilities to act as gatekeeper in handling correspondence and inquiries, communicating with stakeholders and handling emails while maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive and confidential information.

Additionally, the Personal Assistant will be required to work together with the Personal Assistant team to complete day-to-day work in organized manner.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Personal Assistant
  • Experience with writing meeting minutes
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese language as the role require liaising and collaborating with China branch and teams
