SEO Manager | Head of the department | Must Have Proven Cold-calling Record | Up to $8k | Outram Park

  • Salary: $5,000 - $8,000
  • Location: Neil Rd(Outram Park)
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

Job Expectation

Proven experience managing multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Prior role as a senior SEO consultant with hands-on experience leading and mentoring a team.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on campaign performance and ROI.

Deep understanding of SEO strategies, technical SEO, content optimisation, and algorithm updates.

Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and data-driven platforms is a plus.

Needs to have proven track record cold calling and closing at least >$20K per month.

Job scope

Lead and mentor a team of SEO consultants to consistently meet and exceed campaign KPIs.

Motivate and uplift team morale to ensure high productivity and accountability.

Deliver clear, timely monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance and strategy.

Drive process improvements in collaboration with senior management for scalable execution.

Work with company tech teams to refine our award-winning AI SEO tool.

Monitor and optimise SEO campaigns to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.

Uphold company's standards across all SEO deliverables and strategic output.

Collaborate with internal teams to elevate campaign quality and branding impact.

Manage and train international SEO teams to ensure peak efficiency and consistency.

Track search trends and updates to keep company ahead of industry shifts.

Ensure responsiveness to evolving client needs and digital search demands.

Support development of new SEO business models including SaaS, licensing, and franchising.
