Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the project administration team, ensuring smooth workflows, effective performance, and timely achievement of objectives
  • Coordinate with the agency on performance updates, requirements, and issue resolution
  • Manage and respond to enquiries from public and applicants via phone calls and emails
  • Verify and review submitted documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided in all applications
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative workflow of applications
  • Perform precise data entry and maintain updated records within the system
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies and standards
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
  • Experience leading a team in administrative support or operations
  • Proficient with computer use and comfortable with data entry tasks
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Strong background in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
