Sounds great – what's the role in a nutshell?

Campaign Optimization:

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

Website Management & Digital Systems:

  • Collaborate with the design and content team to manage website content by publishing new material and updating existing content.
  • Conduct regular testing of our website and online systems to ensure optimal functionality. Identify, document, and report any issues or bugs.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new website and various systems' features or updates to enhance user experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all marketing spend.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

What are we looking for?

  • Singaporean or PR only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a demonstrated strong track record in leading and managing Google Ads and social media advertisement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  • An innovative self-starter and responsible individual who can work independently and also as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
