Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Islandwide (Various store locations across Singapore)

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of your assigned store. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional looking to take the next step in their career with a global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Assist the Store Manager in planning and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Motivate and guide the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Supervise, coach, and guide sales associates on the sales floor. Assist in training new staff and fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Store Operations:

    Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.

    Manage inventory, including stock counts, receiving, ordering, and maintaining an organized storeroom.

    Ensure visually appealing merchandise displays and maintain overall store cleanliness and presentation standards.

    Perform cashiering duties, handle cash, and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.

    Conduct daily tracking and assist the Store Manager with backend reports (e.g., sales, inventory).
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, retail standards, and health & safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in footwear or fashion retail is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel for tracking/reporting).
