Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow our client relationships. You'll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional client experience—from the first consultation to post-training support—while identifying opportunities for continued engagement and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely, responsive, and professional service
  • Reach out to both active and dormant clients to understand evolving training needs and re-engage them

Needs Analysis & Proposal Development

  • Conduct client consultations to assess training requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Prepare customised training proposals and quotations that align with client goals

Account Servicing & Upselling

  • Manage client portfolios through regular check-ins (via email, calls, or in-person meetings)
  • Upsell relevant services and programmes to support continuous client development

Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, trainers, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of training solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism and speed

Opportunity Building

  • Identify potential referrals and new business leads through strong client relationships and service excellence
What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in client servicing, customer support, or B2B sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needs
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
