Job Description
  • Manage assigned applications to ensure smooth operations, minimal downtime, and high availability.
  • Drive continuous system enhancements and upgrades aligned with the company's technology roadmap.
  • Manage vendors and ensure SLA compliance, optimizing IT investments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
  • Support IT projects as a subject matter expert and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At Least 7 years' experience in IT applications support, with at least 5 years working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Skilled in business requirement gathering, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration.
