Roles & Responsibility:
- Attend to all patients' inquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously.
- Register patients, either for an appointment or walk-in treatment.
- Upon completion of consultation and treatment, discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payment, and scheduling of next appointments.
- Collect payment accurately, either by cash, nets, cheques, or credit cards.
- Enter every consultation and treatment fee as well as sales of products into the computer accurately.
- Print receipts/tax invoices and medical certificates from the computer.
- Filing of patients' treatment cards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times.
- Check and receive delivery of clinic's supplies from Approved Vendor.
- Pack clinic supplies and medications received in the prescribed manner.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company, the Doctors, Clinic Supervisor(s), or AM of the clinic.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Nitec and above, in any field.
- Required communication skills, Inter-Personal Skills.
- No work experience is required for entry-level Patient Relationship Officer.
