About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Executive – Finance & Controlling to support a regional industrial automation project on a 12-month contract basis. This role will be instrumental in managing financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations across multiple APAC markets, contributing to key business decisions and operational

compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Controlling

  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for APAC entities in coordination with local and regional teams
  • Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements
  • Serve as a key contact for audits, process improvements, and cross-functional finance initiatives

Accounting

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable reconciliation, validate collections, and maintain accurate AR records
  • Prepare AR ageing reports and track collection performance
  • Manage accrual tracking and post entries into the accounting system
  • Support other day-to-day finance and accounting functions as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior exposure to a regional finance role or shared services environment is preferred

Contract Terms

  • This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion, depending on performance and business requirements
