Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resource General Affair (HRGA) Officer to join our team at Innogene Kalbiotech in Singapore. The HRGA Officer will be responsible for managing daily HR and administrative tasks, overseeing employee relations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


•Manage and execute HR operations, including employee relations, HR administration, and documentation.


•Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities for new hires.


•Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and company policies.


•Administer employee benefits and assist in payroll processing.


•Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues related to HR policies.


•Organize and manage employee performance reviews and development plans.


•Support the organization in maintaining a positive work environment.


•Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.


•Liaising with colleagues from Indonesia and working closely with them.


•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


•1-2 years of experience in Human Resource and Admin related.


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


•In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Singapore (MOM).


•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.


•Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.


•Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
