Finance & Operations Executive

(Individual Contributor role)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day finance operations and coordinate with outsourced service providers. The role will primarily focus on the Singapore entity, with limited exposure to other entities. A background in crypto or digital assets is highly preferred, given the need to understand wallet transactions and related workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with outsourced service providers, including bookkeeping, audit, and accounting firms, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Handle internal finance processes such as reimbursements, payroll, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee financial operations across 4 entities, with Singapore as the main focus (other entities involve minimal transactions).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities with external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile wallets and fiat accounts; ensure proper documentation and reporting for crypto-related transactions.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc financial reports and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–10 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or audit.
  • Strong coordination skills working with outsourced bookkeeping/audit providers.
  • Experience handling payroll and staff reimbursements.
  • Prior experience in the crypto/digital assets industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-entity management is a plus.
