Role
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Project Manager with a strong technical background and passion for DeFi. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving progress and outcomes for our Treehouse Protocol.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead and align cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Break down tasks and allocate resources effectively, balancing workload across team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure that milestones are met.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates.
Facilitate communication between the product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth product development cycles.
Product Operations and Support
Enhance product delivery efficiency and improve cross-functional workflows.
Develop and maintain product delivery metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Document and standardize product release processes, ensuring consistency across teams.
Support the engineering and business teams through design and requirement discussion sessions
Assist in developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
Requirements
Preferred major in a technical domain such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Deep interest and an understanding of blockchain, protocols and decentralized finance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (JIRA)
