Title: Manager, Offer Management APAC

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-Time

Our client, a frontrunner in providing innovative climate solutions, is seeking a Product Manager of Offer Management for the APAC region.

In this key role, you will focus on optimizing operational performance and ensuring that regional strategies are in sync with global business objectives, all while advancing and safeguarding our commercial interests.

You will take the lead of the APAC Offer Management team, shaping the strategic direction, execution, and commercial oversight of a diverse portfolio of offerings.

Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that the portfolio remains competitive, meets market demands, and contributes to sustained profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of offer management strategies that align with global objectives, driving a commercially savvy approach while leading a high-performing team throughout the APAC region.
  • Offer Portfolio Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of offerings, including products, services, and digital solutions, ensuring they adapt to shifting market demands and contribute to enhanced profitability.
  • Strategic Commercial Focus: Formulate effective pricing strategies and value propositions tailored to the APAC market, leveraging a strong commercial mindset to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, CoE teams, and Operations to ensure unified execution of strategies and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Customer and Market Analysis: Continuously interact with customers and industry experts to capture valuable insights that drive strategic decisions, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, focusing on nurturing talent and promoting operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in offer or product management, preferably in a B2B industrial setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with substantial commercial responsibilities, including direct management of P&L.
  • Demonstrated ability to align regional strategies with broader corporate goals and objectives.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset focused on driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
