Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary staff to join the People Experience Division. This role involves managing various administrative functions, including document management, event logistics, and human resources support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate document management initiatives, including file organisation and relocation activities for office renovation projects. Conduct thorough stocktaking of personnel and subject files to ensure proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Provide comprehensive logistics support for the National Day Award Ceremony, Onsite Health Screening, and Health Bazaar. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing participant registration, and ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Support the human resources onboarding process, including to receive the new joiners on their reporting day, coordinating background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Process and manage official passport requests, liaising with relevant authorities and maintaining accurate records of all applications and approvals.
  • Handle medical claims processing, including submission to insurers, following up on claim status, and maintaining proper documentation of all claims-related matters.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in event coordination would be advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to commit till November 2025
