Role Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable HR Temporary Assistant to support our Human Resources team in maintaining and organizing electronic personnel files. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, committed, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit existing documents in electronic personnel files

• Identify missing documents and cross-check availability in the HR drive

• Transfer verified documents from the HR drive to the correct personnel files

• Compile a list of documents that are missing and not found in the HR drive

• Share the missing document list with the HR team for follow-up

• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic files for easy access and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level or N-Level qualification

• Must be committed for the full 4-month period

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
