About the job

Tasks In-house


• Configure and support of network in office; routers, wireless, printers


• Provide basic IT assistance to internal employees.

External On-site


• Design network solutions and set up Bang & Olufsen products including speakers, TVs, multi-room systems, home theatres, and smart integrations.


• Configure networking, audio routing, and system controls (e.g., BeoRemote, B&O app, third-party home automation systems) and explain to client.


• Work on layout drawings for clients


• Conduct pre-installation site checks and assess requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure readiness.


• Be responsible for documentation, administration and installation of new programs and support of Terminal Server


• Remote support clients and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.


• Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve network challenges if remote support fails


• Document all installations and service visits in detail, including configurations and network setups.

Requirements and Skills


• Min. 3 years of experience in working with network and Audio/Video installation.


• Good knowledge of network, wifi/LAN, preferably familiar with UniFi / Pakedge


• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English.


• Mandarin and other dialects are advantages.


• Ad-hoc assignment assigned by the reporting manager.


• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Hours: Weekdays: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: 215 Henderson Road #03-01, S(159554)

This roles report to the Head of Bang & Olufsen, located on Henderson Road, Singapore.
