Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality pizza, pasta, and pastry dishes
- Develop new menus for seasonal events and promotions
- Apply modern culinary techniques and trends in daily operations
- Create visually appealing, "Instagrammable" plating for dine-in and social media
- Contribute to beverage creation and pairing concepts
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence
- Degree in Culinary Arts/ Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pastry fundamentals
- Familiarity with contemporary cooking methods and plating styles
