What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice answering client calls and emails—helping customers quickly and professionally
- Prepare and process all sales documents—quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes—with accuracy and speed
- Provide vital administrative support to the Sales Team, from checking visuals and floor plans to prepping installation reports
- Coordinate smooth order workflows and work closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and installations
- Take on exciting ad-hoc projects and tasks that keep the business moving forward
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum GCE "N" / "O" Levels or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of administrative or operational experience (a plus)
- Sharp organizational skills with an eagle eye for details
- Confident communicator who connects easily with colleagues and clients alike
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
