Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Manage the Director's calendar, emails, and meeting materials while handling confidential information.
  • Coordinate L&D programs, vendor contracts, and logistical support for events and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update L&D databases, systems, and department resources.
  • Oversee multiple projects, collaborate with teams, and prepare reports and data analysis.
  • Implement communication and outreach plans to maintain a professional department image.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in handling L&D
  • Good working knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
