Job Description:

  • The candidate is to be proficient in daily operation, maintenance and support management that includes:
  • Able to perform Level 1 and 2 support to troubleshoot for issue related to source data issue and liaise with source team, re-run any ingestion job failure.
  • Able to create AWS S3 folders / archival jobs in staging and Production, testing of ansible job with source systems for new initiatives.
  • Write SQL to extract data for big volume data requested by Business Users.
  • Able to perform source code review as an independent party for new program source code.
  • Able to monitor, run and rerun Ansible job proactively.
  • Able to liaise with other teams' analysts and business users for missing data files.
  • Able to raise CRQ in Helix or ServiceNow for program deployment, moving of files, reloading of data, re-running of jobs and support daily operation.
  • Able to perform bad data analysis

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) Degree.
  • The candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of experience in writing scripts and package using SSIS package and MSSQL.
  • The candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of experience in BI Visualization tools, either in Tableau or QlikSense or Power BI.
  • The candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of experience in supporting users in their data-related requirements, such as analyzing data, generating reports, checking data integrity, extracting data from the BI system.
  • The candidate is preferably to have working knowledge in AWS.
  • The candidate is preferably to have working knowledge in Library Domain.
