As a Cash Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting both staff and store operations. What You'll Do:

Administrative Excellence – Implement corporate strategies and policies in daily store operations
Team Support – Supervise, train, and assist staff to ensure smooth workflows
HR Management – Handle payroll, resolve staff issues, and liaise with employment agencies
Finance & Reporting – Verify daily reports, process invoices, and manage petty cash
Tech Troubleshooting – Provide IT support for POS systems and other store equipment
Store Operations – Oversee SOD (Start of Day) and EOD (End of Day) procedures, manage customer concerns, security matters, and adherence to SOPs
Back-Office Maintenance – Keep office spaces clean, organized, and efficient
Asset & Document Control – Maintain accurate store records and asset tracking
