About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Executive to oversee the smooth operations of our clinics. This role requires hands-on involvement in staff deployment, appointment management, and ensuring service excellence across all clinic functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage clinic appointments, staff deployment, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to clinic guidelines and procedures
- Handle first-line PR cases and support staff in challenging situations
- Maintain staff discipline in compliance with organizational policies
- Prepare and submit timely monthly reports; ensure accuracy of clinical indicators
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience as a Clinic Executive in private clinics or public healthcare institutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
