- 市场推广: 参与教育展览、讲座和开放日等宣传活动。代表学院展示课程优势,吸引更多潜在学生。

- 数据管理与报告: 维护准确的咨询记录和跟进情况。向管理层提供有关招生活动、绩效指标和改进建议的定期报告。

- *协作与协调: 与市场营销、招生及其他部门紧密合作,确保招生工作与整体机构目标的一致性。

职位要求:

- 教育、市场营销、销售或相关领域的学士学位。

- 至少2年的销售、教育咨询或类似职位经验,重点在于学生招生和客户关系管理。

- 优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够有效地与潜在学生互动并激励他们。

- 能够制定并执行成功的招生策略。

- 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件和CRM系统。

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Course Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment and providing expert advice on our educational offerings. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Recruitment:*Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities to prospective students. Tailor recommendations to individual student needs and goals, helping them choose the best program for their future.

- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address queries and encourage enrollment.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the college's recruitment strategies and plans to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze market trends and develop effective recruitment tactics.

- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and open days. Represent the college and present its programs to attract potential students.

- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall institutional goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, educational consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on student recruitment and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate prospective students.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Knowledge of the education sector, especially international education systems, is a plus.
