Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital case files.
  • Provide support in preparing court bundles and filing documents with courts or authorities.
  • Help track litigation deadlines, hearing dates, and meetings.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document filing, e-filing, documents submission, mails, and general coordination.
  • Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma or equivalent
  • About 1-2 years of prior admin experience supporting law firms or litigation department
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous
