Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital case files.
- Provide support in preparing court bundles and filing documents with courts or authorities.
- Help track litigation deadlines, hearing dates, and meetings.
- Schedule appointments
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document filing, e-filing, documents submission, mails, and general coordination.
- Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma or equivalent
- About 1-2 years of admin experience supporting law firms or litigation department
- Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised and meticulous
