Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Book, confirm, and modify appointments using scheduling software.
  • Provide detailed information on spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain a clean, serene reception area.
  • Support therapist scheduling and assist in resolving guest concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, spa or hospitality background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong computer proficiency; experience with booking software is a plus.
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
