Job Title: HR Manager
Reports To: Head of Human Resources / HR Director
Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading key HR projects and leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making and enhance HR operations. This role plays a crucial part in improving employee experiences, driving process improvements, and providing insights that support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    Develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
    Monitor progress, address risks, and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze workforce data to identify trends and support HR initiatives.
    Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
    Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining HR processes.
    Work collaboratively with HR teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
    Ensure continuous improvement initiatives align with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to define project goals and data needs.
    Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.
    Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including experience managing projects and working with HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and workforce data systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
