Job Highlight

· 5 working days (8am to 5pm).

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage and operate e-Commerce platform – Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Tik Tok

· Touch up and loading of new products images

· Conduct regular pricing checks

· Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse

· Respond to platform chat to address customers' queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Work closely with the team to develop and execute for promotions on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon and Tik Tok.

· Monitor and coordinate the production of promotional materials, for all sales and marketing purposes.

· Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance

· Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software

· Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

· Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for details.

· Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines

· Previous experience working with an e-commerce background with at least 2 year of relevant experience in Marketplace Platforms

· Proficient in editing software such as Canva, Photoshop

· Knowledge in Video Creation is for Tik Tok will be added advantages
