Executive Director, Global Transaction Banking

Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Primarily responsible for the Transaction Banking business in Singapore and Indonesia as well as APAC as a whole with key focus on Japanese client business development
- Promote transaction banking business to capture and increase Cash, Trade and Transactional FX flows in collaboration with relevant departments and branches in APAC, U.S., Europe and Japan
- Support RM offices, in-country GTBD team and other departments in Marketing & Sales, Solution Providing, Presentation, Documentation, Performance Monitoring etc.
- Address target customer's transaction banking service requirements by supporting RM offices and Departments to develop local services & products
- Make business plans for the department to maximize its performance
What you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree with least five years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking especially for Cash Management or Trade Finance or Transactional FX
- Cross-cultural communication skills will be advantageous
- Business level skill in both Japanese and English will be advantageous as you are required to communicate with both internal and external parties in those two languages
- Strong understanding nature and tendency of Japanese Corporate's transactions and finances will be advantageous
- Basic IT skills e.g. Excel (VLOOKUP), Word, Power Point mandatory required, and Advanced IT skills e.g. SAS, Tableau, Power BI preferable
