Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Production Planning and Scheduling
    Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet output targets.
    Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely food production.
  2. Supervision of Production Staff
    Oversee and manage production line workers, kitchen staff, or machine operators.
    Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training where necessary.
  3. Quality Control and Assurance
    Ensure food products meet quality, taste, and safety standards.

  4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

    Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
  6. Cost and Waste Control
    Monitor and control production costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
    Analyze production data to identify areas for savings or process improvements.
  7. Process Improvement and Optimization
    Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline operations.
    Innovate and upgrade production processes or technology to boost productivity.
  8. Collaboration Across Departments
    Work with R&D, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Sales to align production with business needs.
    Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
    Quickly resolve production issues or machinery malfunctions.
    Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
  10. Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to senior management.
