Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our new business unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth through building a career in the finance industry. We are seeking multiple roles for HR & talent acquisition, either as an executive or manager (for experienced candidates), or a management trainee for fresh graduates.

Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Comprehensive and professional training will be provided (12 weeks)

Responsibilities (HR)


• Partner with business and internal stakeholders to support changes in business operations


• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS Systems (creation, update, verification of data, maintenance)


• Prepare HR letters, documents, reports, and conduct employment verification checks.


• Manage immigration and high volume of work pass matters (applications, renewals, cancellations)


• Oversees the benefits administration and manages internal escalations


• Respond to employees' queries on HR matters and escalate as required


• Responsible for the movement and confidential handling of employees' digital personnel files


• Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities


• Works closely with payroll for reporting, such as government claims


• Support HR audits and compliance activities

Responsibilities (TA)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the HR leadership team
  • Coordinate with HR to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires

Job Requirements


• Qualifications: Applicants must have completed an "A" Level, a Local diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in human resources


• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech or financial services industries.


• Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards


• Experience: - Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.(Recruitment)


• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes across different locations


• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
