**HR Business Partnering responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end to end of the Employee Life Cycle of the dedicated BUs together with the support of respective HR Specialists eg L&D, Payroll, Operations
- Understand business and its drivers, build relationships with line managers to identify, provide HR input across a range of HR issues, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance HR programs and processes.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

**Talent Acquisition responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the TA strategies & materials to strengthen the Company’s employer branding.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum a 5 years experience in related field including HRBP and TA exposure
- Good understanding of a full spectrum of Talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
