- 办理 WP、SP 等工作准证的申请与续签
- 负责人员进场资料的申请及备案
- 处理日常文书工作及各类行政资料管理
- 协助上级完成其他人事及行政相关任务
任职要求
- 必须能熟练听说及使用中英文(双语)
- 具备相关人事或行政工作经验(建筑/工程行业经验优先)
- 熟悉新加坡工作准证(WP、SP)申请流程
- 能熟练使用办公软件(如 Word、Excel)
- 具备良好的沟通能力与协调能力
- 工作细致、责任心强,能独立完成任务
