Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the shopfloor. Production monitoring, ensure production running smoothly in quality, operational safety prospective.
  • In charge of production documentation and ensure it is completed and SOPs are updated without expiry. Play key role for DR committee tackle for quality matter.
  • Operational staff training. Audit and visit. Planning and organizing production schedules with planner.
  • Key holder for security committee, ensure security system is intact and compliance.
  • Key player in the HACCP committee, contribute improvement to the team for the operation.
  • SHE Responsibilities: Act as model to others staffs for safety behaviors. Perform job in line with safety practice and guideline, ask if in doubt, no go if the job is not clear. Bear full responsibilities of wearing PPE in the job, no compromise. Report any potential risk in the Plant in order to maintain safety working environment. No horse play act, cut short and safety compromised in the job.

You bring

  • Relevant diploma/tertiary qualifications together with proven expertise in quality systems and experience in a dry blending manufacturing environment at Production Supervisor level for more than 5 years.
  • Knowledge of SHE, operational safety, plant software application. Experienced in SHE Management for an injury free work environment.
  • Proven track record as a people manager with good leadership skills, problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate across all level of the organization and possess good stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP-P45 system is a plus and Microsoft applications. Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP or FAMI-QS Feed Safety Standards.
  • Knowledgeable in Continuous Improvement Processes, Lean Six Sigma Skill Set will be advantageous.
