Roles & Responsibilities

1. Shipment & Transportation Management

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Arrange transportation, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
  • Track shipment status and resolve any delays or issues.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, customs forms).
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Support

  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with external logistics partners.

5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Handle discrepancies, damages, or delays in shipments.
  • Provide solutions to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.

6. Reporting & Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movement, and logistics costs.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance and highlight areas for improvement.

7. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new logistics strategies and systems.
