Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with members of the SOD team to ensure

  • successful implementation of strategic projects
  • strengthening of organisation culture and
  • effective fundraising for strategic projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project management and implementation
  • Execution of culture-promoting initiatives
  • Follow-up with donor engagements and closing of donations prospecting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in culture building within an organisation
  • Professional and positive engagements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Systematic and organized, able to multi-task and oversee multiple timelines
  • Effective translation of strategy to outcomes
  • Timely and effective delivery of results
  • Open to learning new domains of knowledge related to the project on hand
  • Experienced in project management and people engagement
  • Strong communication skills (able to speak / write clearly and succinctly)
  • Strong accountability and independent worker
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Resourceful and mature
  • Adept in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
  • Experience using software applications such as Canva and/or having research/editorial experience would be an advantage
