Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a global SaaS company serving the construction industry is transforming into a unified platform offering data-driven tools across five core areas. With 2,500+ employees in 26 countries, its APAC operations are key to driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth in construction across nine fast-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial operations across Asia, aligning regional initiatives with global transformation goals.
  • Design and scale a high-performing sales and customer success structure across 9 Asian countries.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage KPI-focused teams to drive subscriptions, renewals, and growth.
  • Instill strong sales discipline through activity tracking, pipeline oversight, and performance analysis.
  • Champion a shift from legacy practices to modern, accountable commercial behaviors.
  • Partner with local teams to strengthen customer relationships; directly support key accounts as needed.
  • Combine leadership with hands-on support to train and empower sales teams.
  • Provide clear, data-driven commercial insights to both regional and global leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years in a senior commercial role within fast-growing SaaS or tech-led companies.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams across diverse markets, particularly in Asia.
  • Experienced in leading transformation efforts with a history of revenue growth and operational change.
  • Strong grasp of subscription-based business models and SaaS performance metrics (ARR, churn, LTV).
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional, matrixed teams with operational excellence.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
