Founded in 2018, Lendela is a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify financing and enable greater financial access. Our platform matches borrowers with personalised loan options through a simple application, empowering borrowers with choice and transparency while offering an alternative to the cumbersome and opaque traditional lending landscape.

Since our inception, we have facilitated over 400,000 loan applications alongside more than 100 lending partners. In 2023, we successfully raised US$5 million in an oversubscribed Series A to scale our unique model across Asia Pacific. Our backers include Singlife co-founder Walter de Oude's Chocolate Ventures as well as prominent Singapore-based VC firm Cocoon Capital. What You'll Do:

Create content that stops the scroll – from social media posts to blog articles and video scripts

Experiment with different formats, platforms, and trends (yes, memes are welcome)

Work closely with business leaders and C-suite to bring ideas to life

Optimize content for SEO and performance (if you know the basics, great If not, you'll learn here)

Track and analyse performance (because creativity + data = )

Be part of brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and brand storytelling

Help shape how we show up as a fintech brand that actually connects with people

What We're Looking For:

6-month commitment (because we want you to truly own your projects)
Strong understanding of social media platforms & what makes content pop
Basic grasp of marketing metrics (engagement rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
A self-starter who isn't afraid to try, fail, and learn fast
Bonus: Experience with video editing, design tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut), or AI-powered content creation
