- Communicate with residents, HDB & contractors.
- Manage invoices, expenses & purchases.
- Keep safety records & ensure regulations are met.
- Prepare reports & assist management.
Requirements
- 2 years' admin experience, preferably in construction/HIP projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good coordination & communication skills.
- Familiar with HDB processes
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
